About the products - the art
The art we present is original work, i.e. there is only one copy of each artwork. In the unique case that we present graphic sheets for sale, it is in a limited edition. The edition is for each graphic series is clearly stated. The graphic sheets are signed and numbered alternatively edited EA by the artist. EA (from the French épreuve d'artist - i.e. the artist's copy) and about 10% of the numbered edition. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution, BUT our goal is to reproduce the works as close to 100% as possible. We are happy to answer your questions regarding the product's "real" appearance if you feel unconfident.
Methods of payment
Payment is made with VISA/Mastercard account or credit card. Invoicing is also fine, contact: info@fo-ko.se The sum is charged to your payment card in connection with the order being delivered to you. We use DIBS that are PCI DSS certified. DIBS uses 3D Secure, which is a global security standard developed by VISA and Mastercard. The transfer of the money takes place with SSL encryption and the payment gateway is provided by the supplier DIBS. This means that no unauthorized person can see your card details.
Orders
All orders are processed the next day. Orders placed during public holidays will be processed on the next working day (i.e. if an order is placed on a Saturday, the order will be processed the following Monday).
Shipping & deliveries
All goods are sent with Post Nord within the Nordic countries and to certain countries in Europe for delivery overseas with UPS. The normal delivery time is 5-10 working days. within Europe, for overseas shipments it may take a few extra days. In case of possible delayed delivery, the customer is asked to contact us as soon as possible at info@fo-ko.se Shipping and delivery within the Nordic region is free of charge for small to medium-sized artworks: where medium-sized works of art may not exceed 3 meters in circumference. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase in the event of a delayed delivery of more than one month. Responsibility for ordered goods passes to the customer only when the delivery has been completed.
Returns
Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that the product is returned in undamaged condition. We follow the distance and home sales law. The product must be returned in essentially unchanged condition. The customer is asked to notify us and indicate how the customer considers the product to be faulty. When the customer has notified us, we will send a prepaid return shipping note and instructions. Always report any complaints as soon as possible. According to the law, the customer has the right to complain about the product for 3 years, provided that the fault can be referred to the seller as original, within 6 months from the time of purchase. The customer is responsible for the return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
Delivery not collected
If the customer does not pick up goods that the customer has ordered, the customer will be charged our cost to send packages back and forth as well as storage costs.
The cost of this is currently SEK 550. Unclaimed packages are not counted
cancellation of a purchase. According to Swedish law, the customer must always notify the company when using the right of withdrawal, complaint, exchange or return of an order.
Force majeure
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to external circumstances
the company's prevailing situation such as labor conflict, fire, war, authority decision,
reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics as changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control. The company is also never responsible for direct or indirect damage/loss that may occur for customer.
Personal data & Cookies
We do not save customer data for anything other than order fulfillment, according to PUL (Personal Data Act). The customer can always request corrections, extracts and that we remove the data from our database.
